Since the beginning of this century, the rapid development of science and technology has completely changed the face of all countries. For industrialized countries, nearly half of GNP is attributed to technological innovation. However, it was only in the 1980s that a considerable number of economists and management scientists turned their attention to the study of the productivity of science; therefore, they pushed the technological innovation to a position more prominent than the production factors such as capital and labor. A large number of “innovation management” monographs also will emerge. This article chooses to introduce some of the ideas in this regard, based on V Mol's “Innovative Business Management” (1987).
