校本研修是基层学校对教师进修学院运行的“研训一体化”模式的进一步演绎和落实,也是对原有的教研活动主题化、课题化、系列化的继承和发扬,更是对“校本培训与校本教研”的整合。为此,上海市虹口区广中路小学以市级课题“四级开放式校本研修促进教师专业发展的实践研究”为抓手,把它作为促进教师专业化发展的方法和途径。在课题实施的过程中,学校各个学科的教师共同参与,不断反思,既实现了个人的专业化成长,也带动了学校教育教学水平上到一个新的台阶。
