对低碳钢渗碳处理后进行不同的热处理和深冷处理,检测了试件的扭转强度。结果表明:影响扭转强度的因素主次顺序依次为深冷处理时间、淬火温度、回火温度和回火保温时间;最优水平为淬火温度870℃、回火温度180℃、回火保温时间2 h和深冷处理时间20 h;深冷处理提高了低碳钢渗碳后的扭转强度。
After carburizing treatment of low carbon steel, different heat treatment and cryogenic treatment were carried out, and the torsional strength of the specimen was tested. The results show that the main order of the factors affecting the torsional strength are the cryogenic treatment time, the quenching temperature, the tempering temperature and the tempering holding time. The optimum quenching temperature is 870 ℃, tempering temperature is 180 ℃, tempering holding time is 2 h And cryogenic treatment time is 20 h; cryogenic treatment increases the torsional strength of low carbon steel after carburizing.
