目的探讨对后鼻孔膜性闭锁的治疗新方法。方法鼻内窥镜结合微波对 ５例不同原因引起的后鼻孔膜性闭锁进行治疗，并用自行设计的“Ｕ”型扩张管扩张。结果５例效果满意，随访一年以上均无复发。鼻腔通气正常。结论本方法兼有鼻内窥镜和微波的优点，局麻下手术、视野清晰、出血少、损伤小、治疗彻底、不易复发，对各种原因引起的后鼻孔膜性闭锁均有效。
Objective To explore a new method for the treatment of posterior nasal membrane membranous atresia. Methods Nasal endoscopic nasal endoscopy combined with microwave treatment of posterior nasal septum membranous atresia was performed with five different reasons and was expanded with a self-designed “U” dilation tube. Results of five cases of satisfactory results, no recurrence of more than a year follow-up. Nasal ventilation is normal. Conclusion This method combines the advantages of nasal endoscopy and microwave. Under local anesthesia, the method has the advantages of clear vision, less bleeding, less damage, thorough treatment and less recurrence. It is effective for posterior nasal cavity membrane atresia caused by various causes.
