目的建立一种可以对螺旋断层放射治疗(以下简称“放疗”)系统(TOMO)治疗计划剂量进行验证的方法,同时探讨热释光剂量测量系统在立体定向放疗中应用的可行性。方法根据国际原子能组织第277号报告提供的水下吸收剂量测量计算的基本原理,应用在权威计量部门检定过的放疗剂量仪对TOMO剂量进行测量,参照交叉校准的方法将标准量值传递给热释光剂量测量系统。之后采用固体水球型模体,对治疗计划剂量进行验证。结果采用本研究所建立的方法,治疗计划剂量实测结果分别为(151.7±3.0)、(174.5±4.2)、(214.2±2.9)和(244.8±12.6)cGy,与治疗计划剂量的相对偏差分别为1.13%、2.65%、-2.64%和-2.08%,均小于±3.00%。结论采用本研究所建立的方法,可以与设备生产厂家的剂量治疗计划、检测结果进行比对、核查和控制,热释光剂量测量系统应用于立体定向放疗剂量验证是可行的。
Objective To establish a method that can validate the dose of spiral wave tomography (TOMO) treatment planning and discuss the feasibility of the application of thermoluminescence dose measurement system in stereotactic radiotherapy. Methods According to the basic principle of measurement of underwater absorbed dose provided by International Atomic Energy Agency No. 277 report, the dose of TOMO was measured with a radiotherapy dosimeter calibrated by authoritative metrology department. The standard dose was transferred to the hot Luminous dose measurement system. After the use of solid water ball-type body, the dose of the treatment plan to verify. Results According to the method established in this study, the measured results of the planned treatment dose were (151.7 ± 3.0), (174.5 ± 4.2), (214.2 ± 2.9) and (244.8 ± 12.6) cGy, respectively. The relative deviations from the planned dose were 1.13%, 2.65%, -2.64% and -2.08%, all less than ± 3.00%. Conclusion The method established in this study can be compared with the dose planning and test results of equipment manufacturers, and verified and controlled. It is feasible to apply the thermoluminescence dose measurement system to the dose of stereotactic radiotherapy.
