目的了解襄阳市襄州区肺结核流行动态及变化趋势,为制定预防控制策略提供科学依据。方法对襄州区2006-2010年上报国家疾病监测信息报告管理系统数据进行流行病学分析。结果全区5年间共报告肺结核4 157例(其中涂阳2 527例),年均报告发病率为81.25/10万(涂阳报告发病率49.39/10万)。2006-2010年报告发病率分别为96.81/10万、84.56/10万、81.40/10万、75.82/10万和68.37/10万;死亡2例,年均死亡率为0.04/10万。报告肺结核全年每个月均有发病(在291-456例之间),季节性不明显,男性发病(2 977例,率113.42/10万)高于女性(1 180例,率47.36/10万),发病人数以农民(2 990例,占71.93%)、中老年人(2 708例,占65.14%)占多数。结论 2006-2010年襄阳市襄州区肺结核病发病率有逐年下降趋势,其防控工作要以农民和中老年人为重点,认真落实现代结核病控制策略,积极发现和治愈传染性肺结核患者,努力消除结核病对人群健康的危害。
Objective To understand the prevalence and trend of tuberculosis in Xiangzhou District of Xiangyang City and provide a scientific basis for making prevention and control strategies. Methods Epidemiological analysis was conducted on the data of the national disease surveillance information report management system reported in Xiangzhou District from 2006 to 2010. Results A total of 4 157 pulmonary tuberculosis cases (including 2 527 smear positive cases) were reported in the whole district within 5 years. The annual average reported incidence was 81.25 / 100 000 (the incidence of smear positive report was 49.39 / 100 000). The reported incidence rates in 2006-2010 were 96.81 / 100000, 84.56 / 100000, 81.40 / 100000, 75.82 / 100000 and 68.37 / 100000 respectively; 2 died and the annual average death rate was 0.04 / 100000. The incidence of tuberculosis was reported every month throughout the year (between 291 and 456 cases), seasonally insignificant, and incidence was higher in men (2,977 cases, 113.42 / 100,000) than in women (180 cases, rate 47.36 / 10 Million). The number of the patients with peasants (2,990 cases, accounting for 71.93%) and the middle-aged and elderly people (2,708 cases, accounting for 65.14%) accounted for the majority. Conclusion The incidence of tuberculosis in Xiangzhou District of Xiangyang City has been declining year by year from 2006 to 2010. Its prevention and control work should focus on peasants and middle-aged and elderly people, earnestly implement modern TB control strategies, actively discover and cure patients with infectious pulmonary tuberculosis, and strive to eliminate The health of people affected by tuberculosis.
