目的通过对大连市公共场所集中空调通风系统的卫生状况进行分析,为开展公共场所集中空调卫生监管提供依据。方法依据《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》(2006)的要求,对37家公共场所的集中空调进行检测和评价。结果送风中可吸入颗粒物(PM10)、β-溶血性链球菌合格率均为100.00%;细菌总数、真菌总数合格率分别为85.71%和84.35%;风管内表面的积尘量和细菌总数、真菌总数合格率分别为90.48%、97.83%和89.13%;冷却水中嗜肺军团菌合格率为100.00%。结论目前大连市公共场所集中空调通风系统存在一定程度的污染,对人群健康构成潜在危害。应加强卫生监测,加大监督管理力度。
Objective To analyze the sanitation condition of central air-conditioning and ventilation system in public places in Dalian, and provide the basis for health supervision of centralized air-condition in public places. Methods According to the requirements of Hygienic Standard for Ventilation System of Central Air Conditioning System in Public Places (2006), 37 central air conditioners in public places were tested and evaluated. Results Respirable particulate matter (PM10) and β-hemolytic streptococcus were both 100.00%. The total number of bacteria and the total number of fungi were 85.71% and 84.35% respectively. The amount of dust on the inner surface of the duct and the total number of bacteria, The total pass rate of fungi were 90.48%, 97.83% and 89.13% respectively. The passing rate of Legionella pneumophila in cooling water was 100.00%. Conclusion At present, there is a certain degree of pollution in central air conditioning and ventilation system in public places in Dalian, posing a potential hazard to the health of the population. Health monitoring should be strengthened to increase supervision and management.
