目的建立输配水材料中双酚F、双酚A和四溴双酚A3种双酚类化合物的测定方法。方法输配水材料经甲醇超声提取后,取上清液,利用液相色谱串联质谱(LC-MS-MS)法,在优化的仪器条件下对3种双酚类化合物进行测定。结果 3种双酚类化合物在15.0~500μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.9960,该方法对四溴双酚A、双酚F、双酚A定量检出限分别为3.5、18、62μg/kg,回收率在84.0%~119.3%之间,RSD<13%。在31个实际样品中,ABS(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯)塑料管中检出双酚F(1.67μg/g),7个样品中检出双酚A(0.114~120μg/g),所测样品中均未检出四溴双酚A。结论该方法灵敏度高,选择性强,适用于输配水材料中双酚类化合物双酚F、双酚A和四溴双酚A的分析测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of bisphenol F, bisphenol A and tetrabromobisphenol A3 bisphenols in water and water distribution materials. Methods The water and water distribution materials were extracted by methanol and the supernatant was taken. The three bisphenols were determined by LC-MS-MS under the optimized instrument conditions. Results The linear relationships of three bisphenols in the range of 15.0-500 μg / L were good with the correlation coefficients greater than 0.9960. The detection limits of tetrabromobisphenol A, bisphenol F and bisphenol A were 3.5 and 18 respectively , 62μg / kg. The recoveries ranged from 84.0% to 119.3% with RSD <13%. In 31 actual samples, bisphenol F (1.67μg / g) was detected in ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene) plastic tube and bisphenol A No tetrabromobisphenol A was detected in the samples tested. Conclusion The method is sensitive and selective, and is suitable for the determination of bisphenol F, bisphenol A and tetrabromobisphenol A in water and distribution materials.
