苏联国立有色金属科学研究所研制出一个以二氧化硫为铜的还原剂从二次原料中制取铜粉的工艺方法(亚硫酸酐法)。该法主要是用来处理各种置换铜,次等废铜,双金属铜废料以及铜屑等。工艺流程由下列三个主要工序组成:对原料进行铵—硫酸盐浸出,获得的大多是一价铜铵络合物的溶液;用二氧化硫把Cu(Ⅱ)还原成Cu(Ⅰ),使一价铜呈难溶的亚硫酸铜铵
The Soviet Union’s National Institute of Nonferrous Metal Science and Technology developed a process for the production of copper powder from secondary raw materials using sulfur dioxide as a copper reductant (sulfite method). The law is mainly used to deal with a variety of replacement copper, secondary scrap copper, bimetallic copper scrap and copper scrap. The process consists of the following three main processes: ammonium sulfate leaching of raw materials, mostly monovalent copper ammonium complexes obtained solution; with sulfur dioxide to Cu (Ⅱ) reduced to Cu (Ⅰ), the price of a Copper is insoluble in ammonium copper sulfite
