进入21世纪以来,随着国家统筹区域协调发展总体战略的实施,海峡西岸经济区规划构成了东部率先发展战略的重要组成部分。我们从东部率先发展被赋予新的内涵和更高要求、海峡西岸经济区在东部率先发展中独特的功能定位视角探讨了两者发展的相互联系和影响。并把海峡西岸经济区科学发展紧密地融入东部率先发展战略中,探寻了两者协调互动的发展路径。
Since the beginning of the 21st century, with the implementation of the overall strategy for the coordinated development of the overall planning of the country, the planning of the economic zone on the western coast of the Taiwan Strait has become an important part of the development strategy of taking the lead in the east. From the perspective of taking the lead in development in the east as a new connotation and a higher requirement, we have explored the interlinkages and influences between the two on the basis of the unique functional orientation of the lead development in the eastern part of the Taiwan Strait Economic Zone. And closely integrated the scientific development of the economic zone on the western coast of the Taiwan Straits into the first-rate development strategy in the eastern part of China and explored the development path for their coordinated and interactive development.
