随着我国经济社会发展进步,人民生活水平不断提高,作为保障人民生命健康的医院越来越受到重视,作为医院各种工作的重要保障,医院党建工作更是其中的重点。在医院发展中党建工作非常重要,医院党委可以为医院的发展起到促进、保障作用。本文对党建工作在医院发展中发挥的作用进行了探讨,对抓好党建工作促进医院发展做了哪些工作、取得了一些成效。
As China’s economic and social development and progress, people’s living standards continue to improve, as the protection of people’s lives and health of the hospital more and more attention, as an important guarantee for a variety of hospital work, the hospital party building is even more important. Party building in the hospital development is very important, the hospital party committee can play a promoting and supporting role for the development of the hospital. This article discusses the role played by party building in the development of the hospital, and does some work on doing a good job of promoting the party building and hospital development. Some achievements have been made.
