近年来,山东省淄博市周村区人武部着眼战场、立足岗位,在机关干部队伍中开展了以“站起来能说、坐下来能写、下基层能抓”为主要内容的“三能”活动。机关干部素质有了明显提高,实现了新跨越,在淄博军分区组织的机关干部综合素质考核中,获得总评优秀,军分区系统第一名的好成绩。
