建筑工程项目运转过程中,项目管理人员应全程完善工程造价管理工作,保障工程的施工质量及施工进度。工程造价的结算部分需要由专门的工作人员进行审核,主要目的为保证工程造价的结算工作能够顺利进行。对工程结算工作进行严格审核,能够及时对过程出现的问题进行处理,以免出现质量事故问题,降低意外损失,有效控制造价。因此,建筑工程造价结算审核工作对整个工程后期运转有着重要作用,本文是笔者对建筑工程造价结算审核相关工作要点的体会。
