本文报告~125I-TXB-2放射免疫测定法。将TXB-2-牛血清白蛋白联结物免疫家兔产生抗TXB-2抗体,抗体效价1:20,000。用氯胺T法制备TXB-2-组织织胺-125I示踪剂。放射免疫测定的精密度为6.5％;最小检出值为10pg/m1。健康成人血浆正常值为135.99±81.80pg/m1。本法具有直接、快速、简便、可靠与费用低等优点。
This article reports 125I-TXB-2 radioimmunoassay. The TXB-2-bovine serum albumin conjugate was immunized in rabbits to produce anti-TXB-2 antibody with an antibody titer of 1: 20,000. TXB-2-histamine-125I tracer was prepared by chloramine T method. The radioimmunoassay has a precision of 6.5%; the minimum detectable value is 10 pg / ml. Normal plasma in healthy adults was 135.99 ± 81.80 pg / ml. This law has the advantages of direct, fast, simple, reliable and low cost.
