由于履带车辆的作业条件较恶劣(如沼泽地、泥泞地等),若不加防护,其履带张紧丝杠很易锈死而无法调整。我们按下列步骤进行了修理,并采取相应的防锈措施,收到了良好的效果。1.卸下履带、导向轮和挡泥板。2.加热、冷激,用氧——乙炔焰均匀加热弹簧支座前部(与丝杠配合部分),温度以500～600℃为宜,而后用冷水快速冷却至常温,便可轻易地拆下丝杠。
