[目的]探讨大蒜素对小鼠溶脲脲原体(Uu)感染的治疗作用。[方法]昆明小鼠60只,随机分6组。建立小鼠溶脲脲原体生殖道炎症模型后,治疗组注射大蒜素注射液,对照组注射阿奇霉素注射液。[结果]治疗后大蒜素低剂量组Uu阳性率比生理盐水对照组低;药物对照组及大蒜素高剂量组Uu阳性率与生理盐水对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。大蒜素高剂量组Uu阳性率与治疗后药物对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。药物对照组、大蒜素高剂量组与治疗前比较阴道内Uu数明显减少(P﹤0.05)。[结论]大蒜素对小鼠溶脲脲原体感染治疗有效,其对溶脲脲原体有较强的抑杀作用,抑杀作用呈剂量-效应关系。
[Objective] To investigate the therapeutic effect of allicin on Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) infection in mice. [Method] 60 Kunming mice were randomly divided into 6 groups. After establishment of mouse ureaplasma urealyticum genital tract inflammation model, the treatment group was injected with allicin injection and the control group with azithromycin injection. [Results] The positive rate of Uu in low dose garlicin group was lower than that in saline control group. The positive rate of Uu in drug control group and allicin high dose group was significantly lower than that in saline control group (P <0.05) . There was no significant difference in the positive rate of Uu between high-dose allicin group and the control group after treatment (P> 0.05). Drug control group, allicin high dose group compared with pre-treatment vaginal Uu number was significantly reduced (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Allicin is effective in treating mice infected with U. ureaplasma urealyticum, which has a strong inhibitory and killing effect on Ureaplasma urealyticum and a dose-effect relationship.
