目的探讨综合护理对肾结石术后患者并发感染发生率的影响。方法收集2013年8月至2015年2月在本科行肾结石手术治疗的患者126例,按照数字法分2组,对照组63例给予常规护理,观察组63例在常规护理的基础上给予综合护理,观察患者术后感染发生率情况,并记录2组患者护理满意度。结果观察组患者感染发生率为1.59%,对照组患者感染发生率为7.94%,2组比较差异(P<0.05);护理满意度:观察组为96.83%,对照组为73.02%,2组比较差异(P<0.05)。结论综合护理可以明显减少肾结石术后患者感染发生率,提高患者对护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the impact of comprehensive nursing on the incidence of postoperative infection in patients with kidney stones. Methods A total of 126 patients undergoing kidney stone surgery from August 2013 to February 2015 were enrolled. Two groups were divided according to the digital method and 63 cases in the control group were given routine nursing. The observation group received 63 cases based on routine nursing Nursing, observe the incidence of postoperative infection, and record the satisfaction of patients in two groups of patients. Results The incidence of infection was 1.59% in the observation group and 7.94% in the control group, the difference was significant between the two groups (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction was 96.83% in the observation group and 73.02% in the control group Difference (P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative infection in patients with kidney stones and improve patient satisfaction with nursing.
