以泰和乌骨鸡为药物,并以普通鸡作对照,喂养“气虚”及“阴虚”造模大白鼠。结果表明:对游泳劳损造成的大鼠“气虚”,泰和乌骨鸡及普通鸡都有一定程度的改善,但前者效果较好;对于注射甲状腺素造成的大鼠“阴虚”,泰和乌骨鸡能显著降低大鼠肾组织APT酶的活性,有滋阴泻火作用。
