针对铰接式车辆油缸行程差在设计中存在的问题,建立了油缸行程差的数学模型。考虑最大行程差作为性能约束条件,使其满足设计要求。并利用MATLAB软件编写了最大行程差遗传算法优化程序,得到全局最优解,绘制出解的变化和适应度变化曲线图,描述遗传算法的搜索过程,在获取可靠的转向系统全局最优解的同时,使求解过程简化,计算精度提高,从而为转向系统的优化设计提供了理论参考和借鉴。
Aiming at the problems in the design of the articulated vehicle cylinder stroke difference, a mathematical model of cylinder stroke difference was established.
