室温硫化(RTV)硅橡胶胶粘剂具有很多优异的性能,因而在电子电器、汽车、机械、建筑和医疗等行业中得到广泛应用。但由于其对各种基材的粘接性能较差,因此对其进行粘接改性的研究很多,主要包括交联剂、聚硅氧烷物理化学增强和粘接面的表面处理等方面的改性研究。从交联剂的选择、树脂的增强改性和粘接面的表面处理方面综述了RTV硅橡胶胶粘剂的增强改性机理和国内外的研究进展,并提出了未来的研究方向。
RTV silicone rubber adhesives have many outstanding properties and are therefore widely used in the electrical, automotive, mechanical, construction and medical industries. The future research directions are also proposed.
