本文建立了柑桔主要病害螨———桔全爪螨的实验种群生命表.该螨从卵到蛹期的死亡率在20℃下为651%;在30℃下为439%.其中,蛹的死亡率最高,在20℃下为333%;而卵的死亡率在25℃下最低,为65%.在三个温度中,雌性性比均高于50%,随着温度从20℃升高到30℃,其性别比从57%上升到75%.该螨的平均产卵量在25℃下最高,为241枚;在20℃和30℃下,产卵量分别为127枚和20枚.三个温度下的种群趋势指数均大于1,其中在25℃达到最大,为105;在20℃下最低,为352.对死亡率、性比、产卵量的综合分析表明,20℃为桔全爪螨繁殖的最适温度.
In this paper, the experimental population life table of the main citrus mite --- Citrus grandis mites was established. The mortality of this mite from egg to pupae was 65.1% at 20 ° C and 43.9% at 30 ° C. Among them, the pupae had the highest mortality rate at 33.3% at 20 ° C, while the lowest mortality rate at 25 ° C was 6.5%. The female sex ratio was above 50% at all three temperatures, with the sex ratio rising from 57% to 75% as the temperature increased from 20 ° C to 30 ° C. The average fecundity of mites was 241 at 25 ℃, and 127 and 20 females at 20 ℃ and 30 ℃, respectively. Comprehensive analysis of mortality, sex ratio and egg production showed that 20 ℃ is the optimum temperature for reproduction of Allium mongolicus.
