通过对茶叶浸泡提取粗多糖,经Sevage法去除粗多糖中的蛋白质,SephadexG100柱层析得纯化茶叶多糖(TPS)。以聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电脉对其进行分析,得出此多糖是由多种单糖组成的不均一多糖。同时对茶叶在不同温度的水溶液中浸取的茶叶粗多糖进行了分析。
Crude polysaccharides were extracted from soaked tea leaves and the crude polysaccharides were purified by Sevage method and purified by SephadexG-100 column chromatography. Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis of its analysis, come to this polysaccharide is composed of a variety of monosaccharide heterogeneous polysaccharide. At the same time, tea leaf polysaccharides extracted from aqueous solution at different temperatures were analyzed.
