新时期我国体育事业全面复兴,需要热情和勇气,更需科学和理性。体育院校有着无可比拟的教育优势、科研优势和人才优势,是我国“科教兴体”的结合点和体育专门人才的培养基地,理应担起服务“奥运争光行动计划”和“全民健身计划”的重任,而要完成这一使命,体育院校就必须转变现行办学模式,开辟更广、更新的天地。在探讨体育院校必须坚持教育、训练、科研三结合的基础上,分析了北京体育大学“三结合”的办学实践,为继续探索“三结合”进行了重新思考:1)体育院校的重新定位是实现“三结合”的前提;2)竞技体育院校化是实现“三结合”的必然选择;3)人才培养多元化体现“三结合”的目标和成效。
In the new period, the comprehensive rejuvenation of China’s sports undertakings requires enthusiasm and courage, but more scientific and rational. Sports colleges and universities have unparalleled educational advantages, scientific research advantages and talented people.
