应用不开刀手术的方法进行绝育,已有百余年的历史。多数的方法都是在子宫角部造成物理或化学性灼伤,进行形成局部的纤维化。二年前,陕西省西安市开始应用α-氰基丙烯酸正丁酯(504)进行输卵管粘堵绝育。以后,各地均有报告。自1972年12月我院开始应用α-氰基丙烯酸异丁酯(661)和阿的平注射液进行输卵管闭塞绝育术,至今已有二年多,共千余例。成功率为70~80%。但应用α-氰基丙烯酸异丁酯和阿的平所致绝育的机制尚不明确。本实验的目的在于探讨α-氰基丙烯酸异丁酯(661)和阿的平溶液对家兔子宫的作用。
Application of non-surgical approach to sterilization, has a hundred years of history. The success rate is 70 ~ 80%. However, the mechanism of application of isobutyrate of α-cyanoacrylate and azepine is not clear. The purpose of this experiment was to explore the effect of isobutyl α-cyanoacrylate (661) and alanine solution on rabbit uterus.
