1988年10月至1989年3月我院应用体外震波碎石治疗输尿管结石90例,其中近段结石65例,远段结石25例。本文强调治疗输尿管结石的关键是取决于存在一个扩张腔,故本组77.7%的病人在体外震波碎石术前均进行辅助处理,有效率达96.7%。
From October 1988 to March 1989, 90 cases of ureteral calculi were treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy in our hospital, including 65 cases of proximal and distal stones and 25 cases of distant stones. This article emphasizes the key to the treatment of ureteral calculi depends on the existence of an expansion of the cavity, so 77.7% of patients in this group were assisted before extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, the effective rate was 96.7%.
