不久前,粉末材料还几乎没有用于内燃机车制造。其原因是内燃机车部件的工作条件苛刻,以及对它们的可靠性和寿命的要求高。从1965年起,内燃机车制造中粉末材料零件的用量开始显著增加。在1966~1970年期间,苏联伏罗希洛夫格勒内燃机车制造厂生产的内燃机车粉末零件的总重量增加了5.6倍,成批生产零件的品种数量增加了2.4倍。在1971~1972年内所用的粉末零件的重量增加了40%,1972年达到55吨。1973年该厂所需的粉末冶金零件为150万件。
Not long ago, powdered materials were scarcely used in diesel locomotives. The reason is that the working conditions of diesel locomotive components are harsh and their requirements for reliability and life expectancy are high. From 1965 onwards, the use of powdered material parts in the manufacture of diesel locomotives has started to increase significantly. Between 1966 and 1970, the total weight of diesel locomotive powdered parts produced by the Voroshilovgrad locomotive factory in the Soviet Union increased 5.6 times and the number of varieties of parts produced increased by 2.4 times. The weight of the powder parts used during 1971-1972 increased by 40%, reaching 55 tons in 1972. In 1973, the plant needed 1.5 million powder metallurgy parts.
