发表时滞在一定程度上决定于稿件处理周期,要缩短发表时滞,必先缩短稿件处理周期。文章将稿件处理周期划分为前、中、后三期,结合在《西北农业学报》的编辑实践,对各期中如何缩短稿件处理时间的同时严格控制稿件质量等分别进行了论述,并简析了缩短稿件处理周期与提高刊稿质量的关系,为编辑工作及期刊发展提供一定参考。
Publication delay to a certain extent, depends on the manuscript processing cycle, to shorten the publication of the delay, we must first reduce the manuscript processing cycle. The article divides the manuscript processing cycle into three phases: before, during and after. According to the editing practice of Northwestern Journal of Agriculture, this paper discusses how to shorten manuscript processing time and strictly control manuscript quality in each period. To shorten the manuscript processing cycle and improve the quality of manuscripts for editing and journals to provide some reference.
