采用真空热压技术 ,在 570℃和 1GPa的条件下成功制备具有单相α W结构、平均晶粒尺寸为 34nm、尺寸为10mm× 1mm的难熔金属钨纳米块体材料 ,其密度为理论密度的 88.8% ,显微硬度为 4 .8GPa。纳米金属钨的密度和显微硬度随热压温度、热压压强和热压时间增大而升高。
A refractory metal tungsten nanoparticle with a single-phase α-W structure, an average grain size of 34nm and a size of 10mm × 1mm was successfully prepared at 570 ℃ and 1GPa using a vacuum hot pressing technique. The density is theoretically 88.8% of the density, microhardness of 4.8GPa. The density and microhardness of nano-metal tungsten increase with the hot pressing temperature, hot pressing pressure and hot pressing time.
