近日,国家统计局公布我国今年第一季度国内生产总值180583亿元,同比增长6.9%,实现了2017年“开门红”。同时,相关职能部门针对当前我国经济发展与制造业发展对人才的需求分析后指出,目前,我国技工人才的缺口达一千万人以上。这引起我们两点思考。一是国家经济发展形势越来越好,说明各类技术人才,高端科技人才等对国家经济增长做出了巨大贡献;二是我们培养人才的速度和质量,还远远不能适应国家高速发
