抗日战争时期,陕西是全国抗日战争总后方之一,西北大后方的前沿阵地。延安和陕甘宁边区是中共中央和八路军总部所在地,敌后抗日根据地的总后方。在十四年的时间里,陕西军民积极开展抗日救亡运动,坚守黄河千里防线,使日军占领陕西进而侵占全中国的企图破灭。
During the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, Shaanxi was one of the general rearhouses of the national anti-Japanese war and the forefront position of the rear area of the northwest. Yan’an and the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border Region are the backs of the CPC Central Committee and the headquarters of the Eighth Route Army and the anti-Japanese base areas behind enemy lines. In fourteen years, the army and civil servants in Shaanxi actively carried out the anti-Japanese national salvation movement, adhered to the line of defense of the Yellow River for a long time, and shattered the attempt by the Japanese army to occupy Shaanxi and invade all of China.
