丙醇和异丙醇在工业上被广泛应用,因而有可能污染居民区的大气。作者观察了在空气中不同浓度的丙醇和异丙醇对大白鼠生理、生化、血液学和病理形态学的反应,并根据所得的结果提出以0.3毫克/米~3的丙醇和0.6毫克/米~3的异丙醇作为这两种物质在居民大气中最高日平均容许浓度。实验动物为体重90~100克雄性大白鼠,共分为7组,日夜吸入不同浓度的丙醇或异丙醇,染毒86天。Ⅰ~Ⅲ组吸入丙醇,浓度分别为20、1.25和0.3毫克/
Propanol and isopropanol are widely used industrially and therefore may pollute the atmosphere of residential areas. The authors observed the effects of different concentrations of propanol and isopropanol in air on the physiology, biochemistry, hematology and pathology of rats, and based on the results obtained, propanol and 0.6 mg / m ~ 3 isopropanol as the highest daily allowable concentration of both substances in the residential atmosphere. Experimental animals weighing 90 to 100 grams of male rats, divided into 7 groups, day and night inhalation of different concentrations of propanol or isopropanol, exposed to 86 days. Group Ⅰ ~ Ⅲ inhaled propanol, the concentrations were 20,1.25 and 0.3 mg /
