1986年4月,中国水产科学研究院东海水产研究所受上海海事法院委托,承担了《“海利”轮(SEA CARRIER)所载燃料油及化学物品对海洋生物及渔业资源可能造成的污染及危害程度》科学论证任务。由东海水产研究所12人组成了技术鉴定评价小组,并于同年5月,先后赴江苏、浙江两个渔业基地开展生物测定和油膜污染模拟试验,直至8月基本完成了原定试验计划所规定的6方面内容;
In April 1986, the East China Sea Fisheries Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences was commissioned by Shanghai Maritime Court to undertake the possible pollution caused by fuel oil and chemicals contained in “Sea Carrier” (SEA CARRIER) and marine organisms and fishery resources and Degree of harm "scientific argument mission.
