本文报道了设计并组装柱后反应光度法连续自动检测萃取色层柱淋洗曲线的装置,讨论了流通比色池结构对分析性能的影响,分析了柱后反应器结构对萃取色层峰谱带展宽的影响。理论分析和实验结果均表明,采用窄孔盘管式柱后反应器可大大减小其对色层峰的谱带展宽,满足萃取色层淋洗曲线的自动检测。本文报道设计组装的装置己用于希土元素萃取色层柱淋洗曲线的自动检测,获得令人满意的结果。
