目的:建立芪遂逐水凝胶膏的质量标准。方法:采用TLC法对处方中黄芪、甘遂、茯苓、木香、丹参、益母草进行定性鉴别;并采用HPLC法测定芪遂逐水凝胶膏中黄芪甲苷、大戟二烯醇的含量。结果:薄层色谱清晰,分离良好,阴性无干扰;黄芪甲苷在0.56~3.36μg内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9992;平均回收率为99.49%,RSD%=1.64%。大戟二烯醇在0.52~5.72μg内呈良好的线性关系,r=1.0000;平均回收率为100.047%,RSD%=1.9149%。结论:该方法简便可行,重现性好,可用于芪遂逐水凝胶膏的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the Qisui hydrogel cream quality standards. Methods: The prescriptions of Astragalus membranaceus, Kansui, Poria, Muxiang, Salvia miltiorrhiza and Motherwort were identified qualitatively by TLC method. The contents of Astragaloside and enkindol were determined by HPLC. Results: TLC showed good separation and no negative interference. Astragaloside showed a good linearity in the range of 0.56 ~ 3.36 μg (r = 0.9992). The average recovery was 99.49% with a RSD of 1.64%. Resonance had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.52 ~ 5.72μg, r = 1.0000; the average recovery was 100.047%, RSD% = 1.9149%. Conclusion: The method is simple and feasible, reproducible, and can be used for quality control of Qisui hydrogel.
