病例摘要刘××,女,24岁,已婚。患者自20岁时始感双侧乳腺进行性增大,有重压感,上腹不适,行动不便,月经前双乳胀痛。月经17(3/30),规律,经量正常。1981年10月人工流产一次。于1981年11月24日入院。体格检查:发育、营养、体型正常,心、肺、腹部未发现异常。双乳肿大,乳头平脐(见照片)。乳腺内未扪及肿物。妇科检查未见异常。入院后常规化验检查均正常。三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T_3)、甲状腺素
Case Summary Liu × ×, female, 24 years old, married.
