1991年以来,我厂设备管理工作为“质量、品种、效益”服务,结合企业升级和300兆瓦汽发电机创国优金奖,注重实效,开展了丰富多彩的活动,保证了方针目标实现,取得了显著经济效益。其主要做法如下: 一、广泛开展节能降耗竞赛活动 近年来,工厂将节能降耗工作纳入生产经营议事日程,把节能降耗指标层层分解,直到班组、机台和个人,并做到奖惩兑现。同时由主管厂长挂帅,成立了节能降耗领导小组。利用广播、电视、厂报等普及节能知识,宣讲节能意义,为开展活动打下了广泛的群众基础。在做到节能降耗经常化、制度化的同时,今年重点开展了以下活动。
