航管二次雷达系统是实施民航空中交通管制的重要设备之一。随着国内民航业的高速发展,上世纪90年代后期至新世纪初,全国范围内陆续部署了几十套加拿大Raytheon公司的航管二次雷达系统。自投入使用以来,该雷达系统以其优越的性能与稳定的雷达信号质量,为民航空管的飞行安全保障做出了巨大的贡献。但随着服务时间的增加,部分该型号雷达已服役超过其15年的设计寿命,发射机、接收机以及处理器等模块逐渐老化而发生故障。本文选取了近期维修的发射机接口组件作为研究对象,通过在维修该接口组件过程中所掌握的知识,全面地阐述该组件的组成、工作原理及其维修方法。
Air traffic control secondary radar system is the implementation of civil aviation air traffic control one of the important equipment. With the rapid development of domestic civil aviation industry, dozens of sets of radar Raytheon radar systems in Canada were deployed one after another throughout the country from the late 1990s to the beginning of the new century. Since put into use, the radar system has made a great contribution to the flight safety control of CAAC with its superior performance and stable radar signal quality. However, as service hours have increased, some of the radar models have been in service for more than 15 years of their design life and modules such as transmitters, receivers, and processors have been aging and failing. This dissertation chooses the recent repair interface of transmitter as the research object, and expounds the composition, working principle and maintenance method of the interface through the knowledge gained in the process of repairing this interface.
