感染家兔应用霍乱弧菌小川型395和稻叶型 B36237两株,霍乱弧菌肠道定居试验,家兔经手术结扎回肠阑尾近端,引起暂时性梗阻。然后经十二指肠注入小川型395,菌数10~9,可使细菌在空肠内定居1~2天,菌数4.8 logs,回肠内定居5~6天,菌数6.9 logs。表明回肠因梗阻引起暂时性肠蠕动减退,使霍乱弧菌在肠内定居。进一步研究不用手术经胃管导入小川型395细菌10~(10)。
Two rabbits infected with Vibrio cholerae Ogawa type 395 and Inaba type B36237 were used to infect rabbits. Intestinal colonization was performed in V. cholerae. Rabbits were surgically ligated to the proximal part of the appendix of the ileum and caused temporary obstruction. Then by the duodenum into Ogawa type 395, the number of bacteria 10 to 9, the bacteria can colonize the jejunum within 1 to 2 days, the number of bacteria 4.8 logs, settled ileum 5-6 days, the number of bacteria 6.9 logs. That the ileum due to obstruction caused by transient intestinal peristalsis, so that Vibrio cholerae settled in the intestine. Further study without the introduction of Ogawa type 395 bacteria via the gastric tube 10 ~ (10).
