回顾了水稻遗传转化的历程 ,对根癌农杆菌介导的目的基因的水稻遗传转化 ,以及外源基因的遗传行为作了较为详细的概述 ,提出了现存的问题 ,并对进一步的研究作出展望。 The course of genetic transformation of rice was reviewed. The genetic transformation of rice mediated by Agrobacterium tumefaciens and the genetic behavior of exogenous gene were summarized in detail. The existing problems were put forward and the future research was prospected .
