目的了解惠州市2014年健康人群脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)中和抗体水平,为制定免疫策略、维持无脊灰状态提供参考依据。方法采用随机抽样的方法,抽取惠州市博罗县、惠东县、惠阳区的部分健康人群,采集静脉血样本,用微量中和试验测定脊灰中和抗体。结果共检测300份健康人群血清样本,脊灰Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型抗体阳性率分别为95.67%、94.67%、90.33%,GMT分别为1∶87.33、1∶54.21、1∶31.62。不同地区间脊灰抗体阳性率和GMT差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。不同年龄组健康人群脊灰Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型抗体阳性率差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),而GMT差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01),3个型别中和抗体GMT均以<1岁组最高,且3个型别抗体水平基本上是随着年龄增长而递减。不同性别人群脊灰抗体阳性率和GMT差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论惠州市健康人群脊灰中和抗体维持在较高水平,形成了比较牢固的免疫屏障。
Objective To understand the level of neutralizing antibodies against poliomyelitis (poliomyelitis) in healthy population in Huizhou city in 2014, and provide a reference for formulating immunization strategies and maintaining polio-free status. Methods A random sampling method was used to select healthy people from Boluo County, Huidong County and Huiyang District of Huizhou City. Venous blood samples were collected and the neutralizing antibodies of polio were determined by micro-neutralization test. Results Serum samples of 300 healthy people were detected. The positive rates of type I, type II and type III antibodies were 95.67%, 94.67% and 90.33%, respectively. The GMTs were 1:87.33, 1:54.21 and 1:31.62, respectively. There was no significant difference in the positive rate of GMV between the different regions (all P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in the positive rates of the type Ⅰ, type Ⅱ and type Ⅲ antibodies between the healthy population of different age groups (all P> 0.05), while the GMT differences were statistically significant (all P <0.01). The three types of neutralization Antibody GMT were the highest in <1 year old group, and the three types of antibody levels basically decreased with age. There was no significant difference in the positive rate of poliovirus and GMT between different sex groups (all P> 0.05). Conclusions The population of polio neutralizing antibodies in healthy population in Huizhou is maintained at a high level, forming a relatively strong immune barrier.
