高职高专院校作为培养技能型人才的中心,在我国高等院校中起到举足轻重的作用,由于高职高专学生的管理已经是一个让很多教育工作者都头疼的问题,而高职高专院校中的少数民族学生管理更是一个管理难点,由于高职高专中的少数民族学生在历史背景、宗教信仰、风俗习惯、文化基础等方面跟汉族学生存在一定的差别,高职高专院校中的少数民族学生就是一个特殊群体,如何管理好、如何促进他们更好的成人成才成为高职高专院校教育工作者亟待解决的问题。探索探讨出一种较好的管理方法,一定程度上不仅是对少数民族学生个人成长培养和民族人才的培养,更是国家稳定和民族团结、社会和谐的重要历史使命。
