产科医疗风险管理已经成为当今医院管理中的重要问题。文章对产科医疗风险特点进行了描述,分析和探讨了当今我国产科医疗风险存在问题。并提出相对应的建议:提升医院产科工作人员医疗风险认识与风险管理理念;建立健全医院风险监测预示机制;建立有效的风险管理机构。
Obstetric medical risk management has become an important issue in hospital management. The article described the characteristics of obstetric medical risks, analyzed and discussed the existing problems of obstetric medical risks in our country today. And put forward the corresponding recommendations: to enhance the medical awareness of obstetric workers in hospital and risk management philosophy; establish and improve the hospital risk monitoring and forecasting mechanism; establish an effective risk management agency.
