本文参照GB/T5009.78-2003《食品包装用原纸卫生标准的分析方法》的方法筛选4种不同荧光反应强度的食品用纸,通过模拟液浸泡和荧光分光光度法研究不同环境下纸张中荧光物质的迁移。选用VBL为标准物质,激发波长为345nm,发射波长为430nm。定量标准曲线为y(μg.mL-1)=187.11x,在0~20μg.mL-1范围内线性相关性R2=0.991,检出限为0.016μg.mL-1。检测表明,纸张中荧光物质实际迁移量在不同迁移环境下会有所不同,最终迁移到食品模拟环境中的荧光物质含量与GB/T5009.78方法测得的荧光强度可能存在差异。荧光物质在不同的酸碱性环境下可能出现荧光峰值位置的变化,这有助于进一步分析荧光物质的具体成分。
In this paper, four kinds of food paper with different fluorescence intensity were screened according to the method of GB / T5009.78-2003 “Analysis Method of Hygienic Standard of Raw Paper for Food Packaging”. Fluorescence of paper in different environments was studied by simulated liquid immersion and fluorescence spectrophotometry Material migration. The linearity was R2 = 0.991 in the range of 0 ~ 20μg.mL-1 with the detection limit of 0.016μg.mL-1. The results show that the actual amount of fluorescent material in the paper will vary under different migration conditions, and the final fluorescence content may be different from the fluorescence intensity measured by the method of GB / T5009.78. Fluorescent substances in different acid-base environment may occur fluorescence peak position changes, which helps to further analyze the specific composition of the fluorescent material.
