葡萄的生长管理,尤其是采前的管理水平,不仅直接影响着葡萄的品质和产量,也影响着葡萄的贮藏效果。实践证明,在葡萄采前一个月内加强浆果的质量管理,既能提高产量,又能增加葡萄糖度,促进上色,增厚果粉,减少病害。从而提高葡萄的耐贮性。现将有关采前管理技术要点简述如下: 一、修剪果穗①去软尖:果穗最下面的1/4—1/3部分的果粒称之为“软尖”。其果粒糖度低,味酸,果粒柔软多汁,易于失水皱缩,在贮藏中最易腐烂。因此,在采前必须剪去软尖。②疏小粒、青粒:小、青粒不易成熟,品质差,糖度低,也影响葡萄果穗质量和外观,因此,必须在采前疏去。
