头孢曲松为临床常用的第3代头孢菌素类抗生素,变态反应是其不良反应之一,过敏性休克是其最为严重的变态反应。造成头孢曲松不良事件的原因是多方面的,主要有过敏反应、超适应证用药、超剂量用药、配伍禁忌等。
Ceftriaxone is the third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic commonly used in clinical practice. Allergy is one of the adverse reactions. Anaphylactic shock is the most serious allergic reaction. Ceftriaxone adverse events caused by many reasons, mainly allergic reactions, hyper-indications medication, overdosage medication, incompatibility compatibility and so on.
