鉴于美国内务部矿业局的部分任务,是保证国内金属的充分供应,以满足国家福利事业的需要.经过对堆浸制粒技术的研究,它可作为使浸出液在流过粘土质或过粉碎低品位金银矿石时,提高其流速的一种措施.小型试验结果表明:用波特兰水泥作粘合剂,使之与矿石相混合,然后将物料润湿和机械制粒,并在筑堆和浸出前将原料预先固化,可显著地提高氰化浸出液的渗透速度.由于浸出液通过粒团时得到了均匀渗透,因而显著地提高了金银的回收率.在制粒的过程中,加入高浓度氰化物溶液,使金银尽快溶解,进而缩短浸出时间,提高了回收率.现将小型试验结果介绍如下.
