1 病例介绍患儿,女8岁,因发热7ｄ收入院。患儿7ｄ前无明显诱因开始发热,体温波动于38℃～40℃,呈驰张热,夜间较高。伴有轻度头痛,无流涕,咳嗽及咽痛,病后第3ｄ来门诊就医,给予青霉素80万ｕ,3次/ｄ肌注及双黄连口服液口服,共用5ｄ,治疗无效,拟以“上呼吸道感染”收住院。体检:?
