2009年12月国际油价总体呈现先抑后扬走势。受美国油品库存增加以及美元明显反弹影响,国际原油价格在12月上旬连续9天回落,至12月11日WTI原油价格跌破70美元/桶。中旬以后,美国东北部地区天气寒冷,原油和馏分油库存意外大幅下降,加之伊朗及伊拉克发生争端,促使油价连续反弹,价格回升逼近80美元/桶。
In December 2009, the overall international oil prices showed a downward trend. Affected by the increase of US oil inventories and the obvious rebound of the U.S. dollar, the international crude oil price dropped for 9 consecutive days in early December and the WTI crude oil price fell below 70 U.S. dollars / barrel on December 11. After mid-afternoon, the weather in the northeastern United States was cold. Inventories of crude oil and distillate dropped unexpectedly unexpectedly. In addition, a dispute broke out between Iran and Iraq, prompting a continuous rebound in oil prices, and the price rebounded nearly 80 US dollars / barrel.
