目的探讨新生儿窒息后血糖、血钠及心肌肌钙蛋白I动态变化及对机体的影响。方法应用全自动生化仪及放射免疫双抗体固相加心法对78例窒息新生儿及60例正常新生儿1h、24h、72h、7d、14d的静脉血糖、血钠及心肌肌钙蛋白I进行检测。结果1窒息组生后24h血糖均值明显高于对照组,两组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。2窒息组生后72h至7d血钠均值明显低于对照组,两组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。3窒息组生后24h、72h、7d心肌肌钙蛋白I均值明显高于对照组,两组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论窒息新生儿应密切监测24h内血糖及心肌肌钙蛋白I变化以及生后72h后的血钠变化,严格掌握输糖浓度与速度,避免血糖紊乱。
Objective To investigate the changes of blood glucose, serum sodium and cardiac troponin I after neonatal asphyxia and their effects on the body. Methods The blood glucose, serum sodium and cardiac troponin I in 78 neonates with asphyxia and 60 normal newborns at 1h, 24h, 72h, 7d, 14d were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer and radioimmunoassay. Detection. Results 1 Asphyxia group, 24h after the mean blood glucose was significantly higher than the control group, there was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). 2 Asphyxia group after 72h to 7d serum sodium was significantly lower than the control group, there was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). 3 Asphyxia group at 24h, 72h, 7d cardiac troponin I mean was significantly higher than the control group, there was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Newborns with asphyxia should be closely monitored within 24 hours of blood glucose and cardiac troponin I and after 72 hours of serum sodium changes, strictly control the concentration and speed of sugar, to avoid blood glucose disorders.
