主要探讨姜黄素(Curcumin,CCM)对支持细胞株TM4体外生长的影响。通过采用形态学观察、MTT法和TUNNEL法检测了5种不同浓度的姜黄素对小鼠支持细胞株TM4细胞生长和增殖的影响。结果表明,姜黄素抑制TM4细胞的增殖并诱导其细胞凋亡,这种作用呈剂量依赖效应,当用40μmol/mL的姜黄素处理培养的TM4细胞时,MTT法测得的细胞生长抑制率和TUNNEL法获得的细胞凋亡指数与对照组相比均有显著差异。说明姜黄素在预防和治疗睾丸癌方面有一定的应用价值。
The main purpose is to investigate the effect of curcumin (CCM) on the growth of TM4 cells in vitro. The effects of 5 different concentrations of curcumin on the growth and proliferation of mouse cell line TM4 were detected by morphological observation, MTT assay and TUNEL assay. The results showed that curcumin inhibited TM4 cell proliferation and induced apoptosis in a dose-dependent manner. When TM4 cells were treated with 40 μmol / mL curcumin, MTT assay showed that cell growth inhibition rate and The apoptosis index obtained by TUNEL method was significantly different from the control group. Curcumin in the prevention and treatment of testicular cancer have a certain value.
